Adirondack Autumn - Print 3193
3193.jpg
Nestled among the granite cliffs above Chapel Pond stands of paper birch begin to show their autumn best. Much like the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the Green Mountains of Vermont, the Adirondacks are another renowned destination for leaf peeping. Given the right conditions, the mostly deciduous forests covering the mountains can turn into riotous displays of yellows, oranges, and reds. When the color is at its best it must be seen to be believed.
