Originating from the glacier of the same name, the Paradise River is a short, steep stream notable for its waterfalls and cascades in one of Mount Rainier National Park’s most popular areas. The pink blooms of Lewis’s monkeyflower add a contrast of color to the greens and yellows of the temperate rainforest and the whites of the rushing water.
