Prior to the leaves even beginning their autumn transformation, an early September storm covers Grand Teton National Park in a few inches of snow, warning of the upcoming change in seasons. Likely surprised by the early season snowstorm, an osprey flies through the serene scene. Though the rivers and lakes are still open, the piscivorous bird might consider starting its migration early.
